Upon arrival to Russia

Migration card

Upon entering the Russian Federation, you must complete a migration card. You'll get a migration card on board or find it in the airport before going to the immigration officer. You should put in your personal data, purpose of your visit, duration and fill in the name of the inviting company (Russia Way In), its address and phone. There are two parts in the migration form – part «А» and part «Б». Part «А» is taken by immigration officer upon your arrival and part «Б» is collected when the person leaves the country. That is why it is very important to save the migration card while staying in Russia. Don’t lose it or leave somewhere. Check the safety of this document.

Visa Registration

Travelers who spend more than seven days in Russia must register their visa. You don’t do it if you travel with Russia Way In. Anyway, if your travel is independent and you are staying in the hotel, it will register your visa. If you stay at a private place, your Russia visa sponsor (the person who makes the invitation for you) should register your visa
